  2. Constructive Feedback: We value your feedback and encourage you to share your concerns. However, please do so in a constructive way that focuses on resolving the issue.
  3. Zero Tolerance for Abuse: Any form of verbal abuse, threats, or discriminatory remarks will result in immediate termination of the conversation and may lead to further action, including suspension and/or termination of services.
